Experience the Bougie Farmer life firsthand on our one-acre farm in Keaʻau, Hawaiʻi. Each reservation includes a guided farm tour, a sustainable brunch or dinner, and the option to add-on a cooking class to your meal hosted on our open-air lanai.
Located approximately 35 minutes from Hilo Airport (ITO), our experiences are available by reservation only—we do not accept walk-ins, mahalo!

Bougie Farmer invites guests to slow down, gather, and experience a version of luxury rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and connection.
Our philosophy is simple.

Experience our farm to table catering services for your next celebration and we'll provide customized menus that focus on sustainability, zero-waste and small batch recipes from scratch. We cater intimate weddings, celebrations, brand activations/collaborations for any party size up to 100 guests.
Guests have the option to book a micro-experience for up to 20 guests directly on our one acre farm in Keaau Hawaii on the Big Island of Hawaii or for larger parties, we can offer services at your venue or residence. Wherever you choose, we will prioritize sustainability and locality to ensure that every dish reflects our commitment to quality, taste, and hospitality.

Chef Justine Ma
Raised in the city and rooted in Hawaiʻi, Chef Justine Ma's approach to hospitality is shaped by her unique journey as an educator, farmer, world traveler, and lifelong student of holistic wellness. Her work is guided by the belief that food is more than nourishment—it is an opportunity to cultivate connection, honor the land, and create meaningful experiences that feed both body and soul.
With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Justine has cooked alongside some of the industry's most celebrated chefs through the James Beard Foundation and national television productions. Through Bougie Farmer, she brings together the artistry of elevated farm-to-table dining with the principles of sustainable agriculture, intentional living, and authentic hospitality.

Food Network's Chopped and Amazon Prime's America's Test Kitchen where audiences can experience her passion for seasonal ingredients, storytelling, and her process while crafting unforgettable meals.
